No. This is an original Counselora monthly planning worksheet. It is not an ASCA form, an annual administrator agreement, or a compliance checklist.
Can I start in a month other than August or September?
Yes. All twelve rows are undated. Label them around your own school calendar and leave unused months blank.
Can I edit this plan inside Counselora?
